My Journey: From Chaos to Clarity

A few years ago, my entire life—built on the weight of other people’s expectations, societal pressures, and survival instincts—collapsed. What followed was a series of Tower Moments, where I began a journey of rediscovery. I reclaimed the parts of me that had been buried under perfectionism, fear, and cultural norms. As a Black, Muslim, first-generation American woman, I had spent my life trying to prove my worth, but I realized that the “me” I thought I was... wasn’t truly me at all.
